This Privacy Policy explains what personal information Sorted & Cozy ("we", "us") collects when you visit sortedandcozy.com, why, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to a minimum.

Cookies

Sorted & Cozy itself does not use cookies or similar trackers for analytics or advertising, so we don't show a cookie banner. If that changes (for example if we add audience measurement or ads), we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

Affiliate links. When you click a link to a retailer (such as Amazon, Target, Walmart, Wayfair or Etsy), you leave our site. The retailer or its affiliate network may then set its own cookies to record that you came from Sorted & Cozy. Those cookies are governed by the retailer's privacy policy, not ours.

Third-party content

Who receives your data

We never sell your data. It is only processed by the service providers we need to run the site:

Some of these providers are based in, or may transfer data to, the United States. Where this happens, the transfer relies on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Your rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information by emailing sortedanbcozy@gmail.com. We answer within one month.

If you are in the European Union or the UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict processing, to data portability, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to file a complaint with your data protection authority. In France, that is the CNIL (cnil.fr).

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion and correction, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as defined by the California Consumer Privacy Act.

"Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control

Because we do not track visitors across websites or use advertising cookies, our site behaves the same whether or not your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal.

Children

This site is meant for adults. It is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in the EU), and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. We limit the data we collect and keep it only as long as needed.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page when our practices change, and adjust the date at the top. Important changes will be highlighted on the site.
